Site Development
Richards Park Drainage Improvements:
Designed drainage improvements for a Commons area and adjoining City property in the Richards Park Subdivision in Laramie. Project was completed by the City Recreation Department maintenance staff.
Spine and Injury Clinic of Laramie, Parking Lot:
Conducted topographic survey and prepared a drainage plan for the parking lot for the business in Downtown Laramie.
Fall Creek Subdivision:
Since September of 2005 we have provided site plans for over 20 multifamily dwellings for the Laramie subdivision being built by Edeen Investment Group. Site plans included fitting the required parking onto the sites and providing surface drainage.
Various private:
Since May of 2000 we have developed several site and house plans for submittal to the City of Laramie for residential dwellings.
